Hey Bill, I just used Ahh-Some Bio Cleaner for the first time. The tub is 10 yrs. old and I typically used Whirl-Out before I drained it. I don't know if the plumbing was really dirty or what but I never got an abundance of foam. The tub is 300 gal. and I started with 1 1/2 tablespoons. I started all the jets and got some foam but not what I expected so I ended up putting the entire 2oz. in the tub....can't say I got a lot more foam......hope that won't hurt.....should I keep it to 2 tablespoons max.!
I ended up getting some kind of green glop that was floating on top of the foam and sticking to the sides of the tub......I used a plastic cup to scoop it up as it accumulated and wiped the sides with a cloth.
This green stuff is real greasy, so much so that I couldn't get it off the plastic cup even with a grease cutting solution so I threw the cup away......what do ya think it is?
Anyhow, I'm currently draining and winterizing the tub......we go away for 4 months so I always drain all the plumbing and clean the shell before we leave.
I'll keep using Ahh-Some as you recommend and see what happens next time.

I am using your gunk cleaner in my hottub outside and love the results I have cleaned 1 time am am using 1 teaspoon per week as directed. My question is how do I know how to adjust my bromine now. I also have a 18000 gallon pool with a salt system I would like more information on using this product in my pool how to ajust the clorine level in my pool with your products? Thanks
